By using Reminda and adding the wallet pass to your device, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the pass and discontinue use.

2. Service Description

Reminda provides curated financial offers (“Remindas”) delivered via Apple Wallet pass notifications. Users earn money by completing qualifying offers from our partners.

3. Offers and Payouts

• Offer availability and payout amounts may change at any time
• Payouts are pending until verified by the offer partner
• Payouts are processed on a weekly basis
• We reserve the right to withhold payouts in cases of fraud or abuse
• Each offer can only be completed once per user

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to complete offers in good faith. Creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of any pending balance.

5. Third-Party Services

Reminda connects you with third-party financial products and services. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or outcomes of those third-party services. Please review each offer's terms before completing it.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reminda is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or completion of third-party offers.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
